This article outlines the standard sync schedules used between Merchant and the platform. Sync schedules determine how often data is exchanged and updated throughout the system. Understanding these schedules can help set expectations for when information should appear in the Customer Portal and Team Hub.

Important: Hourly Merchant syncs run once per hour between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central Time. Changes made outside of this window will be processed during the next scheduled sync period.
User Sync Triggers
The User Sync runs automatically when specific customer-related records are updated. These updates trigger a refresh of customer information to keep data current throughout the platform.
