Sync schedules determine how often data is updated between AgVend and Agvance. Understanding these schedules can help you identify when customers should expect information such as invoices, balances, contracts, deliveries, and customer records to appear in the platform.
The schedules below represent the standard sync cadence for Agvance integrations. Sync frequency is primarily determined by the volume of data that can be processed through the available APIs.
Incremental Sync: Only records that have been created or updated since the previous sync are processed.
Full Sync: All records of that type are refreshed regardless of modification date.

Profile Sync Button
The Profile Sync button, available from the Client Profile page, allows users to manually trigger synchronization for specific data types.
The following records can be refreshed using Profile Sync:
- Customers
- Shipping addresses
- Salesperson assignments
- Pricing
- John Deere Financial data (if enabled)
- Partner financing data (if enabled)
- Customer Payoff
- Credit
- Price Exceptions
- Plans
- Grain Contracts
- Grain Settlements
- Farms
- Fields
Note: Profile Sync does not force synchronization of all record types. Records not listed above will continue to follow their standard sync schedules.
Troubleshooting
If data appears to be missing:
- Verify the record type and its sync schedule.
- Verify the data exists in Agvance before troubleshooting sync timing.
- Confirm the expected sync window has passed.
- Use the Profile Sync button when applicable.
- Check whether the record syncs on page load.
- Contact Support if data remains missing after the expected sync interval.
