Goose CoPilot is your intelligent assistant, seamlessly embedded within the AgVend platform. It’s designed to boost productivity and simplify your daily tasks by providing:

Goose is here to help you do your job better, handling the minor tasks so you have more time to focus on the big picture.
How do I use Goose CoPilot?
After logging into your Digital Enablement Platform, you'll find the Goose button in the bottom-right corner, ready for use on the desktop or mobile app.
Click the button to open Goose and start asking questions.
When asking Goose a question, it is important to be specific in your language and to avoid using ownership words like “my”, “our”, or “their”.
Example:
❌ Don’t ask:
- “Who are my top customers?”
- “What’s our best location?”
✅ Ask:
- “Who were the top 20 buyers of chem last crop year?”
- “Which location sold the most fertilizer last year?”
You can use talk to text to interact with Goose while on the go. In the Goose window, click on the microphone and begin speaking your request.
Keep in mind that Goose can only report back data that you already have access to based on your role in the portal. For more information on access levels check out this article, Standard Permissions & Functionality by Role.
What are some examples of how I can use Goose CoPilot?
Common Questions by Role:
Administrators
- “How many tons of urea have been quoted out of Hometown Location this month?”
- “When was the last time Mike Smith used the Customer Portal?”
- “How many notes did Josh Salesperson create last month?”
Grain Team
- “How many bushels of corn were delivered to Hometown Location this year?”
- “Which customers have not yet contracted corn for crop year 2025”
- “Which customers contracted less grain this year compared to last year?
Agronomy Team
- “Who booked urea last fall but hasn't booked yet this season?”
- “Who has remaining seed prepay dollars for this crop year?”
- “Who bought urea last crop year but hasn’t booked yet this year?”
- “Who bought 50 tons or more of anhydrous in the last crop year?”
Energy Team
- “How much propane did Mike Smith contract last year?”
- “Which customers have not contracted propane for this upcoming season?”
- “Who bought more propane than they prepaid last year?”
General Actions
- “Add a Note to Mike Smith to remind me to give him a call on Monday.”
- “Send a text message to the clients listed above reminding them about our Customer Appreciation lunch next Tuesday ”
Goose can also help with general agriculture questions like:
- “What is a non-ionic surfactant?”
- “What is the active ingredient in Husky pre?”
- “What is the market trend for corn for the next 6 months?”
You will also get tailored report suggestions as you navigate the Team Hub. Depending on which page you're viewing, you'll see different recommendations for things Goose can do to help you with what you’re already doing.
Example:
When you’re on the Clients tab you’ll see “Show me clients with open items that need attention” or “Create a note for a client”.
What will Goose CoPilot not do?
Goose is skilled at analyzing data like invoices, bookings, prepays, energy, and grain contracts, but there are areas we’re still working on. For now, Goose cannot:
- Provide agronomy advice (e.g., application or use rates).
- Access financial statements, field details, agronomy contracts, or plans.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Common Issues: If Goose experiences delays, like a progress bar that stays visible for over 30 seconds, simply reload the page.
- Help Resources: For any issues, click the Support button to contact our team.
