Please reference the chart below to use as a guide in better understanding the expected functionality of the platform, regarding the standard sync schedules. The sync schedules are determined primarily by the amount of data the APIs can process.

Work Orders | Default sync every hour |
External Payments | Default sync every hour |
Client | Default sync every hour |
Salesperson | Default sync every hour |
Location | Default sync every hour |

Products | Default sync every hour + Quick sync every 15 minutes |
Item | Default sync every hour + Quick sync every 15 minutes |
Item Price | Default sync every hour + Quick sync every 15 minutes |
Offers | Default sync every hour + Quick sync every 15 minutes |
Item Cost | Default sync every hour + Quick sync every 15 minutes |
Inventory | Default sync every hour |
Note: The hourly default sync runs every hour from 2am-8pm CST.
The User sync is triggered whenever changes are made to a Client. Specifically, any modifications to the following items will initiate the User sync:
- Tronia Customers
- Customers
- Assigned Salespeople
- Tronia Customer Balance Aging
- Tronia Customer Balances
- Customer Balances
- Users Price Tiers
- Tronia Payments Deleted
- Tronia Payments
- Tronia Payment Deposits
- Tronia Work Order Details Deleted
- Tronia Work Orders
- Bookings
- Invoices
