Standard Sync Timings (AgVantage)

Reference the chart below for information on the standard AgVantage sync schedules that are used to connect the platform with AgVantage.

Primary Audience: All Internal Users

 

Please reference the chart below to use as a guide in better understanding the expected functionality of the platform, regarding the standard sync schedules. The sync schedules are determined primarily by the amount of data the APIs can process.

 

*Times are in Central Time

Sync: Cadence:
FULL DAILY SYNC
  • Full sync at 2am
  • Daily Sync includes: customers, grain contracts, invoices, energy deliveries, bookings, energy contracts, deferred payments, settlements, products, inventory, offers, item locations, price tiers, salespeople, departments, statements, crops, removed grain contracts, removed scale tickets, removed bookings, removed invoices, energy tanks
Invoice
  • Every hour from 5am to 9pm
  • Full sync at 1am
Balances
  • When the platform page is opened
Statements
  • Customized per Partner
Booking
  • Every hour from 5am to 9pm
  • Full sync at 4am
Client
  • Full sync at 2am
Salesperson
  • Full sync at 2am
Location
  • Full sync at 2am
Department
  • Full sync at 2am
Products
  • Full sync at 2:30am
Item
  • Full sync at 2:30am
Item Price
  • Full sync at 2:30am
Item Cost
  • Full sync at 2:30am
Inventory
  • Full sync at 2:30am
Plan
  • Default sync every hour
Farm
  • Default sync every hour

Grain Contract
  • Every 2 hours from 6am to Midnight
  • Full sync at 5am

  • Every 2 hours from 6:30am to Midnight
  • Full sync at 5am
Energy Contract
  • Every hour from 5am to 9pm
Energy Delivery
  • Every hour from 5am to 9pm
Energy Tank Information
  • Full sync at 3am
