Manage Internal Resources
Internal Resources allow your team to organize and share important files in the Team Hub. These resources can be accessed from desktop or mobile devices through the Inbox tab.
Examples of Internal Resources include:
- Training documents
- Sales materials
- Internal procedures
- Reference guides
Create and Manage Resource Folders
Users with an Admin or Super Admin role can create folders, upload resources, and manage folder visibility.
To manage resources:
- Open the Inbox tab.
- Go to Manage Resources.
- Create folders or upload files as needed.
- Set folder visibility to control which internal users can access the folder.
Folder visibility can be useful for location-specific documents, department resources, or permission-based access.
Use Advanced Filters for Bulk Messaging
Inbox can also be used with Advanced Filters to send bulk messages to targeted customer groups.
This allows your team to:
- Filter customers by activity or engagement
- Send messages to selected customer groups
- Share documents and updates efficiently
Example use cases include:
- Messaging customers who completed a specific task
- Sending reminders to selected client groups
- Sharing seasonal updates or documents

Example Use Case
A team member wants to contact customers who recently completed a specific action in the platform.
Using Advanced Filters, they can:
- Filter the customer list based on platform activity.
- Select the matching customers.
- Send a bulk Inbox message with attachments or additional instructions.
This helps teams communicate more efficiently without manually contacting each customer individually.
