Primary Audience: All Internal Users
User roles determine which areas of the Team Hub an Internal User can access and what actions they can perform. This article explains the standard permissions available for Salesperson, Associate, Admin, Super Admin, and Marketer roles.
Understanding role permissions helps your team answer user questions more efficiently and route requests to the appropriate person when additional access is required.

| Admin | Managers and operational staff who manage users and settings |
| Super Admin | Organization-wide administrators with elevated permissions |

Access throughout the platform may be limited by assigned clients, assigned locations, or all company locations depending on the user's role.

To view your current role, ask an Admin to open your User Profile and review the User Information section under the Account tab.
Editing a User's Role
To edit a User's role within the Team Hub, Admins and Super Admins may do the following:
- Select a User from the Admin tab.
- Select Edit User Info.
- Use the Role dropdown menu to adjust the User's role.
- Contact a Super Admin within your organization if you need to be assigned the role of Super Admin.
Note: Some organizations may also use Custom Roles with permissions tailored to their business needs. Custom Roles may differ from the standard permissions outlined in this article.
