Audience: Internal Users with Financial Data Access
Payment History gives your team a centralized view of all payments associated with a client account. This includes payments made through the Customer Portal as well as external payments synced from your ERP, when supported.
From Payment History, your team can:
- Review completed and pending payments
- See how a payment was made
- Track who submitted the payment
- Export payment records to Excel
Accessing Payment History
To view a client’s payment history in Team Hub:
- Navigate to Clients
- Select the client
- Summary > Payment History
Payment History in the Customer Portal
Customers can also view their own Payment History from the Customer Portal.
The Customer Portal Payment History page includes the same payment information and export options available in Team Hub, including:
- Payment statuses
- Payment methods
- Consolidated payment grouping
- Export to Excel functionality
This allows customers and internal teams to reference the same payment records and transaction details.
What Payment History Includes
Payment History combines multiple payment sources into a single view.
Portal Payments
These are payments submitted through the Customer Portal and Team Hub, including:
- One-time payments
- Scheduled payments
- Autopay transactions
ERP-Synced External Payments
If supported by your ERP integration, Payment History can also display payments recorded directly in your ERP, including:
- Check payments
- Cash payments
- Other externally recorded transactions
Note: External payment sync availability depends on your ERP integration.
Payment Details Shown
Each payment record includes the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Payment Date | The date the payment was processed or recorded |
| Status | Current payment status, such as Completed, Pending, or Failed |
| Description | Summary of the payment or invoices included |
| Account | The account associated with the payment |
| Payment Amount | Total dollar amount of the payment |
| Payment Method | ACH, Credit Card, Check, Cash, or other payment type |
| Made By | The user who initiated the payment |
Payment Status Definitions
Payment History may display the following statuses for standard payment records:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment is still processing and has not been added to a settlement |
| Succeeded | Payment completed successfully |
| Failed | Payment did not complete successfully |
| Refunded | Payment was refunded |
Exporting Payment History
Both Team Hub users and customers can export payment data from the Completed tab in Payment History.
To export payment records:
- Open Payment History
- Select the Completed tab
- Click Export to Excel
Export Views
The export includes the same two views in both Team Hub and the Customer Portal.
Payment Transaction View
This view matches the consolidated display shown in Payment History. Payments are grouped by payment session and payment method.
Paid Records View
This view displays the original line-by-line breakdown of individual paid records.
ERP External Payment Support
External payment visibility depends on your ERP integration.

| Cinch | Yes — Email-Based Workflow | Portal-originated payments are filtered out to avoid duplicates. |
| Oakland | Yes — Requires Configuration | Available for certain distribution codes. |
| AgVantage | No | Only portal payments appear in Payment History. |
| Agris | No | Only portal payments appear in Payment History. |
| Merchant | No | Only portal payments appear in Payment History. |
If your ERP does not support external payment syncing, your team will need to reference the ERP directly for a complete payment record.
