A breakdown of customer notifications is detailed in the chart below. This chart can be used as a guide in understanding which notifications are included in each notification category.
To view or adjust the current notification settings for a customer, simply navigate to the Client Profile page of a specific client and scroll down to the Notification Settings section.
Important Note : Depending on your platform configuration, some notification categories and types may not apply.
