Bulk text messaging allows you to communicate with multiple clients in a single message.
Primary Audience: All Users with Send Text Message to Client permission
Bulk messaging allows you to send individual Text or Inbox messages to multiple clients at once directly from the Clients page. This helps your team quickly communicate with targeted groups of clients while keeping all conversations organized within the platform.
Messages are sent individually to each recipient. Clients cannot see or reply to other recipients included in the bulk message.

Using bulk messaging from the Team Hub helps your team:
- Reach large groups of clients quickly
- Segment clients using Tags and Advanced Filters
- Keep clients conversations in one centralized location
- Eliminate the need to manage clients communications from personal devices
- Receive notifications when clients respond
- Allow team members with access to a clients account to view conversation history
Important Notes
- Text message phone numbers are unique to your organization.
- Text conversations are stored within the platform and do not sync back to your ERP.
- Conversation history is visible to users who have access to the clients account.
- All bulk messages are delivered individually rather than as a group message.
Choose a Message Type
You can send two types of bulk messages from the Clients page:

Send a Bulk Text Message
Text messages are ideal for quick clients communications such as reminders, promotions, or urgent updates.
To send a bulk text message:
- Navigate to the Clients page.
- Use filters, Tags, or clients selections to identify the clients you want to contact.
- Select the desired clients.
- Click Send Message.
- Select Text.
- Enter your message.
- Attach any images if needed.
- Click Send.
Supported image file types:
- JPEG
- JPG
- PNG
- GIF
Maximum attachment size: 5 MB
Important: Each client receives an individual text message.
Viewing Client Replies
Client responses are available within the Text Messages widget on the Client Profile.
From this area, you can:
- View incoming client messages
- Respond directly to clients
- Access the complete text message history by selecting See All Text Messages
Send a Bulk Inbox Message
Inbox messages are ideal when you need to send detailed information or larger attachments.
To send a bulk Inbox message:
- Navigate to the Clients page.
- Use filters, Tags, or client selections to identify the clients you want to contact.
- Select the desired clients.
- Click Send Message.
- Select Inbox.
- Enter your message.
- Attach any necessary files.
- Click Send.
Unsupported file types:
- EXE
- SCR
- APK
- DMG
Maximum attachment size: 250 MB
Important: Each client receives an individual Inbox message.
Viewing Cleint Replies
Client responses are delivered directly to your Inbox.
From the Inbox, you can:
- View incoming replies
- Continue conversations with clients
- Access previous message history

- Use Advanced Filters to reach grain clients about storage opportunities
