Custom Profiles allow users to track and access additional customer information in order to enable more effective customer interactions.

Custom Profiles allow organizations to track and record essential customer information on individual customer accounts. Users can easily populate data fields established by the Admin team on client profiles, which can then be utilized for referencing on an individual basis or for segmenting customers using Advanced Filters to leverage other portal capabilities.

- Accessing current farm information.
- Tracking sales opportunities across Business Units.
- Utilizing Advanced Filters for bulk messaging to contact customers.
- Facilitating personalized customer relationships.
Utilizing Custom Profiles
Follow these steps to utilize a Custom Profile:
- Navigate to a specific client account.
- Access the Custom Profile via one of the following locations:

- The Client Info widget on the Left information panel

- The Custom Profiles Widget, if the Profile has been set up to show on the Summary page.

- The Custom Profiles tab within the Client Profile page.
- Once the Custom Profile is open, fill out the available data fields.

Segmenting Customers using Custom Profiles
After completing the Custom Profile data fields for each Client account, the information can be surfaced using Advanced Filters on the Clients page. This allows for effective customer segmentation to identify opportunities and take action, such as sending bulk messages or applying tags.
