Primary Audience: Administrators
Overview
The Dashboard is the main landing page of the Team Hub. It provides a high level view of business activity, helping users quickly track performance, monitor client activity, and access key reports all based on their assigned customers, locations and Business Units.
Each user will only see data they have permission to access.

Leaderboard (Optional)
Some dashboards may include Leaderboard widgets if configured for your portal:
- Leaderboard Performance: Compares performance across your team
- Leaderboard Actions: Tracks actions internal users have taken within the platform
Leaderboard visibility is managed on the backend, reach out to your Partner Experience Manager if you would like to adjust visibility.
Managing Business Unit Access
You may choose to limit a user's Business Unit access if they only work within a specific area of the business.
For example:
- A grain merchandiser may only need access to the Grain Dashboard
- An energy sales rep may only need the Energy Dashboard
Limiting access helps keep the Dashboard focused and relevant to each user's role.
