Customer Notifications
Customers receive notifications for actions such as order confirmations, contracts, secure forms, payments, and account activity.
Some notifications also support additional manual actions from internal users, such as resending contracts or reminders.
Review the table below for a summary of customer notifications.
Notification Labels
- (New Order) – The notification is included as part of the order confirmation email when a contract is required on the order.
- (Manual Action) – Internal users can manually trigger additional actions related to the notification.
Example:
- Use the Resend Contract to Buyer option from Team Hub > Order if the contract has not yet been signed.
