The tables below provide a breakdown of notifications triggered by Platform actions and the frequency in which they are received. The first table shows the notifications received by Salespeople/Internal Users, while the second table shows the notifications received by Customers. This information can be utilized in internal or external discussions promoting Platform implementation and knowledge.
View the following table for a summary of the notifications received by Salespeople. Please note that the notifications for certain actions are dependent on the User’s role and assigned customers within the Platform. Also, please reference the following details for extra guidance:

(Admin) - Represents that the notification is only received by designated Admins.

(Optional) - Represents that this notification can be enabled, according to preference. Please reach out to our AgVend Partner Enablement team if you wish to have this enabled.
View the following table for a summary of the notifications received by Customers. Please also reference the details directly below for extra guidance, as these items show if there is additional action available in conjunction with the regular notification.

(New Order) - Represents that this is part of the order confirmation email when a contract is required on the Order.

(Manual Action) - Represents if there is action that can be taken by a Salesperson, in addition to the regular notification.

Example: "Resend Contract to Buyer" button in Team Hub > Order when the contract has not been signed yet.
