Help your Clients regain Customer Portal access by sending them a password reset link.
Primary Audience: Administrators, Salespersons
The ability to assist customers in resetting their password enables Salesperson and Associate Users to manage their Clients, in addition to helping drive Platform adoption.
Follow the steps below to send your customers a password reset link:
1. Navigate to the Client’s Account.
2. Select “Client Profile” from the Summary drop down menu.
3. Click “Send Password Reset Link” found directly below the Email field.
- The customer will receive an email directing them to reset their password at the email address associated with their Platform account.
Users with Admin status also have the ability send other Internal Users a password reset link. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Admin tab.
- Search for the specific User.
- Select “Edit User Information”.
- Click “Send Password Reset Link” found directly below the Email field.
