Quickly search and review any past invoices of your customers in the Team Hub.
Primary Audience: All Internal Users
Internal users can quickly search, filter, and review customer invoices directly from the Team Hub. This allows your team to answer customer billing questions, review payment activity, and access invoice details from one centralized location.
- Note: Customer visibility is determined by the internal user’s portal role and assigned locations or accounts.
Steps to Viewing Invoices
- Navigate to the "Clients" page on the Team Hub.
- Search for and open the customer account.
- From the "Summary" drop-down menu, select "Invoices."
- Use the available filters or search bar to locate a specific invoice by invoice number, status, date, or customer information.
- Click on the invoice to view its details.
Once opened, users can review invoice details including invoice status, products, pricing, quantities, and payment information.
In addition to viewing individual invoices, users can manage multiple invoices at once from the invoice list.
Users can also bulk select multiple invoices and perform actions such as printing or downloading. Depending on user permissions, internal users may also be able to submit payments on behalf of customers.
