Quickly search and review any past invoices of your customers in the Team Hub.
Primary Audience: All Internal Users
Internal users can easily access past invoices for customers within their visibility. On the "Invoices" page, use the filters to narrow down results by time range or invoice status for efficient searching.
- Note: visibility of clients is determined by the internal user's portal role.
To view a specific invoice, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "Clients" page on the Team Hub.
- Find and click on the client's account.
- From the "Summary" drop-down menu, select "Invoices."
- Use the filters or search bar to find the specific invoice.
- Click on the invoice to view its details.
