Marketing through the Platform has been simplified and recreated to improve functionality.
Primary Audience: Marketing Users
Utilizing Marketing Campaigns will allow you to maximize the impact of your digital marketing, while reducing the time and energy spent on execution. This new functionality within the Marketing tab will help you stay focused on driving Platform adoption, reaching sales and other marketing goals, and evaluating digital marketing performance to improve over time.
Marketing Campaigns enable easier execution of your marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. This update to our Marketing functionality provides all of the following in one easy-to-use tab:
- Simplified creation and organization of related content
- An aggregated view of Campaign elements and their performance (email, text message, and app notification)
- Access to a master list of Campaign recipients across all elements, with filter options to dig into results
Follow the steps below to create a Marketing Campaign:
- In the Marketing tab, select “Campaigns” from the list of horizontal tabs.
- Select “Create Campaign” in the upper right corner and enter the Campaign Name.
- Next, click the “Add to Campaign” drop down to include existing emails, texts or in-app notifications into the campaign, or create and add new content.
- Repeat the previous step to add more campaign elements to your campaign.
