This article includes example customer notifications generated by the Platform. Internal users can use these examples to help answer customer questions and better understand when notifications are sent.
Notification appearance and wording may vary depending on your organization’s configuration, branding, and enabled Platform features.
Managing Customer Notification Settings
Customers can manage certain notification preferences within the Platform. Internal users can also review or update notification settings on behalf of customers.
To review or update a customer’s notification preferences:
- Navigate to the customer’s Client Profile
- Scroll to the Notification Settings section
- Review or update the customer’s communication preferences as needed
