Welcome to the AgVend Academy! This branch of the Partner Resource Center is designed to help you launch your new digital enablement platform to your team ahead of launching to your customers. In the AgVend Academy, you will find e-courses designed for each business unit and role. You can easily share these with your team by sending the link or instructing them to access the Academy straight from the Team Hub by clicking Need Help?.
When your platform is ready to launch, your Partnership Manager will work with you to determine a training timeline that works best for your team. This training will ensure that your team is prepared to work in the Team Hub as well as answer customer questions about the Customer Portal. Our general recommendation is to grant your team two weeks to complete their assigned courses. We also recommend that you allow yourself, other digital leads, and your leadership team time to complete the courses before sending them out to the broader team.
As your team is working through the e-courses, we will be tracking their progress through the short survey you are prompted to complete at the end of each course. We will send the progress data to your digital leads so that you can monitor and follow-up with those who have not yet completed the courses. We’ll send you updates one week after the courses are sent out, a few days before the target completion date, and after the target completion date.
On top of the AgVend Academy, you also have access to the Partner Resource Center. This is a tool that you and your internal team can access to help you be successful using your digital enablement platform. It is made up of a few different components.

To access any of these other areas of the Partner Resource Center, click on the AgVend logo in the upper left corner and you’ll be taken back to the home screen where you can click into a new section.
We have also created a few other resources to aid in your internal launch, including a launch checklist you can customize to stay organized and email templates you can use to share training plans with your team. Simply click into the links below and copy and paste the email into your own message. You will need to customize these to fit your team but we hope these will be a good starting off point.
