Business Intel Goals help you set sales targets, assign them to your team, and track progress toward key business objectives. Goals can be created at the Corporate, Location, or Salesperson level and measured using sales, bookings, quotes, grain activity, energy activity, notes, and more.
Goal progress automatically updates four times throughout the day, making it easy to monitor performance without manually refreshing the page.

Value vs. Percent Change
Choose how your goal should be measured.
Value creates a fixed target, such as:
- $500,000 in sales
- 250 quotes
- 100 signed contracts
Percent Change measures growth compared to a previous period.
For example:
- Increase sales by 15% compared to last year.
- Increase signed grain contracts by 10% over the previous crop year.
Track Goal Progress
Open any goal to view its current progress.
Each goal includes:
- A visual progress indicator showing performance toward the target.
- A salesperson breakdown (when applicable).
- The ability to drill into contributing customers and activity.
Goal progress automatically synchronizes four times throughout the day. No manual refresh is required.
When a goal reaches its target, the Platform celebrates with a confetti animation. 🎉
Completed goals remain available after their reporting period ends so you can reference historical performance.
