eSign Grain Contracts in the Customer Portal
Primary Audience: Partner Customers
Customers can review and electronically sign (eSign) grain contracts directly from the Customer Portal on desktop or mobile. When a contract is ready, you will receive a notification with a link to review and sign it. You can also access contracts anytime from the Grain page.
Access Grain Contracts
You can open contracts in two ways:
- From a notification: Click the link provided when a contract is ready for signature

From the Customer Portal:
- Go to Grain
- Select the Contracts tab
eSign a Grain Contract
Follow these steps to complete your signature:
- Open the contract that requires your signature
- Click Review & Sign on the contract
- Review the contract terms
- Enter your name as your signature
- Select I Agree to complete the eSign process
What Happens Next
After signing:
- The contract status will update to Signed
- Your buyer will be notified
- You can return to the Contracts tab to view the signed document
