Super Admins can create new users from the Admin tab in the Team Hub.
Setting up a user correctly ensures they can log in, access your portal, and (if needed) be linked to a Client account.
What is the difference between a User and a Client?
A User is an internal team member who accesses the Team Hub. A Client is a customer account in the platform.
If someone is both an employee and a customer, they should have both a User and Client account. A single User can also be linked to multiple Client accounts.
How to Add a New Internal User
- Go to the Admin page in the Team Hub
- Select Users tab

Click Add User in the top right
- Enter the user’s information in the required fields
- Full Name
- Role
- Job Title
- Location
- Salesperson ID (required if the user is a Salesperson)
- (Optional) Select Show as Client if they should also be a Client
- Click one of the following:
- Save → Create the user

Save and Send Invite → Create the user and send them an email invitation to log in
Salesperson ID (Required for Sales Users)
Salespeople must have a Salesperson ID from your ERP. This ensures goals and BI reports track their activity correctly. If this field is missing or incorrect, reporting will be inaccurate.
What happens next?
If you send an invite, the user will receive an email to set up their account. They can only access the platform after accepting the invite. If needed, you can resend the invite from the User profile.
Common setup errors
The email address must be unique across all Users and Clients. If a duplicate email or phone number is used, the system will show an error.
You can edit a user at any time, including updating their role or enabling Show as Client if it was missed during setup.
If the person already exists as a Client
If the person already has a Client account, you will need to:
- Copy their Account ID
- Delete the existing Client
- Create a new User
- Paste the Account ID and enable Show as Client
This reconnects their account under one login. Only use this method when necessary and confirm the Account ID before saving.
