- They can also provide guidance on how to complete the file

- In the Admin Actions widget, click Upload Smart Product Suggestions
- Select your completed .xlsx file
- Upload the file
Note:

Template Requirements
To ensure your file uploads correctly:
- The file must be in .xlsx format
- Only one sheet is allowed in the file
- Each cell can contain only one value
- Each row can include:
- One Alternative Product or
- One Add-On Product
- To include multiple suggestions for the same product, use multiple rows
How It Works
Once uploaded, Smart Product Suggestions will appear when salespeople create Quotes or Orders in the Team Hub. Suggestions will be shown based on the selected product and location.
Example Use Case
A sales manager wants to recommend a premium product as an alternative to a commonly used item. By adding this to the template, salespeople will see the suggested upgrade during order or quote creation, helping drive higher-value sales.
