As an Admin or Super Admin, manage information and have control over who will receive notifications at specific locations.
Primary Audience: Administrators
In addition to being able to edit location contact information, Admins and Super Admins also have the ability to manage who will receive email notifications for specific Platform activities at individual locations. These Platform activities include the following:
- Order Notifications
- Quote Requests
- Invoice Payments
- Booking Payments
- Agronomy Contracts
- Financing Notifications
- Grain Notifications
- Energy Notifications
- Statement Delivery Notifications
- Client Contact Update Notifications
- Nexus Market Notifications
- Credit Admin Notifications
This will allow for the assigned people to receive notifications any time a notification for the listed activities is triggered, which is beneficial to those ensuring operations are running smoothly at each location.
To manage who receives email notifications for specific locations follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the Admin tab of the Team Hub.

Click on the Locations tab.

Select an individual location.

Enter one or multiple Internal Users’ email addresses into the relevant section(s)

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.
Example: An Admin or member of management would like to receive all notifications at a particular location to stay informed on daily operations.
