Manage Location Notification Recipients
Primary Audience: Administrators
Admins and Super Admins can control which team members receive email notifications for specific activities at each location. This helps ensure the right people stay informed and can respond quickly to important updates.
Available Notification Types
You can assign recipients for the following notification types:
- Order Notifications
- Quote Requests
- Invoice Payments
- Booking Payments
- Agronomy Contracts
- Financing Notifications
- Grain Notifications
- Automated Cash Bid Notification Requests
- Energy Notifications
- Energy Tank Delivery Notifications
- Energy Tank Service Notifications
- Marketing Notifications
- Statement Delivery Notifications
- Client Contact Update Notifications
- Nexus Market Notifications
- Nexus Connect Notifications
- Nexus Procure Notifications
- CFA Financing Credit Admin Notifications

Update Notification Recipients by Location
Follow these steps to manage who receives notifications:
- Go to Team Hub > Admin
- Click the Locations tab
- Select the location you want to update
- Enter one or more internal user email addresses in the appropriate notification fields
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
