Cut the Clutter: Streamline Energy Price Requests
Simplify your workflow with the new Energy Price Check feature in the Customer Portal.
You can now distinguish between basic price inquiries and formal quotes, giving your customers a more convenient way to reach out for current energy prices directly within the portal. This feature supports Clients both with and without associated tanks, helping you efficiently manage high-volume requests without sacrificing service quality.
Bring Back Your Best Buyers with Energy Advanced Filters
Now you can quickly find and engage customers who haven’t contracted yet in the Client tab and when creating a new Marketing Contact list. With advanced filters supporting contracted and delivered energy product data, your team can easily spot who purchased last year but hasn’t yet this season, unlocking targeted messaging and smarter follow-up to boost renewals and drive growth.
Pull It All Together with Banners Included in Marketing Campaigns
Now you can add banners directly to your campaigns, bringing visuals, messaging, and engagement into one organized place. With this update, banners become part of your broader campaign strategy, making it easier to create a cohesive experience and track impact from a single, centralized view.
