Make It Personal - Using Nicknames Your Customers and Team Will Recognize
Skip the guesswork and add nicknames to client accounts for a clearer, more human touch. Nicknames can be updated in Team Hub from the Client profile or in Customer Portal in account settings. It’s a small upgrade that helps your customers recognize their accounts in a way that makes sense to them, and your team to stay better aligned cross-functionally.
Everything else:
- Agris - When an agronomy contract is manually marked as signed it will be post-dated to the when it was actually signed
- When an ERP PDF statement is created, balances will NOT show on the Statement detail page when there is $0 due.
- Oakland - When there are line items–specific comments displayed, they will be included directly within the relevant invoice line item section.
- Tronia - Invoices and Bookings will now populate Analysis with more than 1 Blend
- Merchant - Scale tickets will now include the most recent grade factor
- Once CRM+ is enabled, new internal users added will automatically be granted access.
- Agris -Scale tickets now include the Vehicle ID
- Agvance - If a customer has been marked as inactive in the ERP, and they are not active in the customer portal, they will also be automatically deactivated in the portal. All notes logged can be viewed by the Super Admin in the Admin Notes page and there is an ability to activate the customer again with the same customer ID, if there is a need.
