An easier way to automate your cash bids messaging right from within the portal to reduce manual work, help growers act fast, and streamline operations.
Steps to implement the automated messages
- Set up contact lists per location
- Navigate to the Marketing Tab

Click on “Contact Lists” in the horizontal navigation bar

Click on “Contact Lists” in the horizontal navigation bar

- Click on “Create Contact List” in the upper right corner.

- Choose “Dynamic Client List” or “Static Client List” and then set your filter fields and click “Apply Filter”. For more information about setting up Contact Lists, check out this article, Creating Targeted Contact Lists.

- Give your new Client List a custom name, assign a folder, and then click “Save”
You will then be able to access this list and easily select it to send cash bids communications to in the future.
2. Set up and schedule Automated Messages

- Navigate back to the Marketing tab

- Click on the “Automated Messages” in the horizontal navigation bar

- Click on the “Commodity Price Text Messages”

- Click on “Messaging Settings” in the top right corner

- Schedule day and time, add the contract lists per location, select commodities and the locations

- Click “Save and Schedule” or “Send Test”
3. Repeat for emails
Note: Unlike messaging, you can add content to the emails by using Containers or Elements

You can add or edit the content of the email by dragging the containers or elements over from the left side panel to the right
- You can have 1-5 containers
- Within elements you can add images, videos, text, buttons, dividers, and code
- You can delete these elements, update the brand colors, edit, and duplicate
Note: You cannot update the cash bids but you can update the brand colors
- Once you have completed setting up the content of the email, click “Next” in the top right hand corner to set the time and days of sending and choose your contact list for each location. Once finished, click “Save and schedule” in the top right corner.
