Effortless Payments, On Time, Every Time With Autopay
Help your customers reduce the risk of late fees or missed payments with the ability to setup recurring Autopay to automatically make payments when they are due. With a simple setup, users can choose a single Autopay type per account, ensuring a smooth and hands-off payment process. Available exclusively for ACH payments (not credit cards), this feature makes managing payments easier while saving time and effort.

Statements(Agris & Merchant Only)
All Agris and Merchant partners can now offer their customers the ability to setup recurring Autopay to automatically pay Statements when due.
Customers can setup Autopay in the Customer Portal by following these steps:

Go to Account in Customer Portal
- Navigate to Autopay
- Click Setup Autopay
- Select Autopay Type: Statements
- Setup the frequency of payments, amount and bank account
- Activate Autopay
Balances (Agvantage, Merchant, Agris, Cinch, Tronia)
Customers can also setup recurring autopay to automatically pay Balances when due in the Customer Portal.

Quickly view your growers’ financing activity across programs — all in one place. The new Finance Dashboard centralizes selected third-party and in-house financing data, giving you visibility by program, total utilization, available credit to support smarter sales decisions and an advanced understanding of the entire financing portfolio.
To activate, please work with your Partnership Manager to identify team members who should have access to the dashboard.

- The Grain Sales and Deliveries Advanced Filters now have the “and”/ “or” logic. Use this to quickly find those who sold grain last year, but have not sold this crop year.
- Agvance: No more moving comments out of Internal Notes. Comments from the plan will now auto-fill the correct fields on Blend and Delivery Tickets — cutting out manual cleanup.
- Agvantage - Energy invoices will now show tank information in the Invoice comments.
- Agvantage - Now all plans will pull in from Agvantage, so when creating an order, there is an option to “Load from plan” and choose from the Plan Group
- Now with CRM+, you can now use BI to create custom reports about your clients in your opportunity pipeline
- CRM Opportunities are now labeled as "Sales Potential" to help differentiate from pipeline opportunities
- CRM+ - Now there is an option to choose full-screen mode when looking at the client page map view on web and mobile
- On Energy Contracts, now use the available pre-populated prices from Item price tiers that come from the ERP when creating the contract
- Fertilizer contracts signing is now disabled for Closed contracts
- Product category types are now available in a column in the downloaded file when exporting quotes so you can view quotes that have been sent and determine what they have open for potential sales
- Ring Central now pulls in a second phone number so it can recognize landlines
- Oakland - Account balances are pulled in for each customer
- Oakland - Customer balances will show based on their Balance Term
- Oakland - Credit account balance will show as a negative amount when the data from the account is also negative
