Increase Visibility to Customer Behavior with the “Do Not Send” List
Now, there is an easier way to see which customers are opting out of receiving communications from you. These preferences can be seen on the new “Do Not Send List” page in the Marketing tab. The list will show who has unsubscribed and how they unsubscribed for all texts, emails, and in-app notifications.
Level-Up Engagement with Local Targeting
Customize marketing communications even more with the ability to target messaging to specific locations. When creating marketing contact lists, you can target customers using their Primary Location instead of including All Locations.
Use this feature to share information about updated elevator hours at a specific location or a local customer appreciation event.
Everything else:
- A “Custom profile“ dataset is now available in the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool
- The Quote Margin display now shows “N/A” if at least one product has margin with value N/A
