Print and Download from the Palm of Your Hand
Whether in the truck or the field, teams and customers can easily download directly from their app! Anything you could download/print from the desktop in Team Hub or the Customer Portal is now available on mobile. Documents such as statements, energy contracts, scale tickets and more can be used when you need it.
Automate the Switch to Paperless (Agvance only)
Say goodbye to manually updating customer preference when they switch to paperless statements. Now when customers opt into digital statements, it will automatically make that change directly in Agvance, saving your team time (and money!).
Stay Up To Date on Customer Profile Changes
When customer information is changed or updated in Team Hub or the Customer Portal, a specific person on your team will be notified. They will get an email with the updated customer information including, customer ID, email, phone number and billing address.
Super Admins can set this up in the Admin tab in Team Hub
- Click on Backup Notifications
- Scroll to the specific notification
- Add email
Everything else:
- Delete or edit Inbox Messages that were sent from Team Hub even after they’ve been read
- Update cash bids on the mobile app after a long sleep or when the screen is turned off and then on again
- Add support to Assigned Salesperson by Business Unit for setting BI Goals
- Product Management: Option to use forecasted numbers instead of Bookings as default for Position calculations
- Show up to 4 decimals when clicking on Price Calculator and Creating an Order or Quote
- Remove notification badges for Quotes and Orders that are older than 90 days in Team Hub under the Quotes and Orders tabs.
