A guide for effectively utilizing Business Intel Data Sets for creating reports.
Primary Audience: All Internal Users
When creating Business Intel Reports, there are various Data Set options to choose from. To access the options while creating a new Report, click the "Add Data Set" dropdown.
Below is a table with simple descriptions of each Data Set type, designed to help you navigate the report creation process effectively.

| Sales | All active invoices |
| Sales & Prepay | All active invoices & Paid bookings that are not invoiced |
| Sales, Prepay & Bookings | All active invoices, and paid and unpaid bookings |
| Sales & Bookings | All active invoices and unpaid bookings |
| Prepay - Total | All paid bookings |
| Prepay - Remaining | All remaining paid bookings |
| Bookings - Total | Total unpaid booking |
| Bookings - Remaining | Unpaid bookings that are not invoiced |
| Prepay & Bookings - Total | All paid & unpaid bookings that have and have not been invoiced |
| Prepay & Bookings - Remaining | Paid and unpaid bookings that are not invoiced |
| Searches | Search request from all search fields |
| Quotes - Quoted Products | List of quoted products that are approved by salesperson and admin (if required) from the platform |
| Quotes - Number of Quotes | Number of quoted products that are approved by salesperson and admin (if required) from the platform |
| Shared Plans - Planned Products | List of products from plans shared from within the platform with the customer |
| Shared Plans - Number of Plans | Number of plans shared from within the platform with the customer |
| All Plans - Planned Products | List of all products from all plans |
| All Plans - Number of Plans | Number of all plans by location or salesperson |
| Grain Bushels - Contracted | Number of grain bushels contracted |
| Grain Bushels - Delivered | Number of grain bushels delivered |
| Grain Bushels - Remaining to Deliver | Number of grain bushels open on contract |
| Grain Contracts - Number Signed | Number of signed grain contracts within the platform |
| Grain Contracts - Number Unsigned | Number of unsigned grain contracts within the platform |
| Energy Contracts - Number Signed | Number of signed energy contracts from the platform |
| Energy Contracts - Number Unsigned | Number of unsigned energy contracts from the platform |
| Energy Contracts - Total | All energy contracts that have and have not been invoiced |
| Energy Contracts - Remaining | Energy contracts that have not been invoiced |
| Energy Deliveries - Total | All energy deliveries that have been invoiced |
| Client Text Messages - Number Sent | Number of customer text messages sent from the platform |
