Budget invoices and payments are conveniently located within the Balances page to keep all Budget Billing information in one place for customers. This allows your customers to easily make a payment and access invoices from one area within the Customer Portal.
To access Budget Invoices or make Budget Payments, follow these steps:
- From the Customer Portal homepage, select the Balances tile.
- Scroll down to the Budget Billing section.
- From here, customers can either Make a Payment, View Budget Invoices, or Manage Autopay.
The payment process adheres to the standard payment flow utilized across the Platform.
