Sweetening the Cash Bids Experience
Your customers will fall in love with the new and improved Cash Bids tile in the Customer Portal. They can now easily mark their favorite locations and quickly view the best bids available. Customers can rapidly find prices across their preferred locations with improved navigation and refined filters. To accommodate this update, the cash bid prices on the homepage have been replaced with commodity quick links to the grain offers, cash bids, futures, and elevator hours pages.
Heartfelt Efficiency with Custom Terms Grain Contracts
Simplify the workflow for grain contracts that require additional terms. Now you can enter those custom fields before the grower is notified of a new contract in their portal. Here's how it works:
- A contract is created in your ERP with terms that require more information. We automatically detect that additional fields need filled out and hold off sending the contract to the customer.
- Your team can then manually update the contract in Team Hub using the new "Update Terms" button, which opens a form where you input or select multiple details.
- Once the terms are updated and saved, the grower will be sent a notification that they have a new contract to view/sign in the Customer Portal.
Share the Love with More Detailed Scale Tickets (Agvance only)
Give your growers more visibility into their data with a dash of convenience now that Farm and Field ID will show on scale tickets in the Customer Portal and Team Hub. Please note this will only populate if you capture that level of detail in Agvance.

- Customize the time when “Completed Delivery” notifications are sent.

- For energy contracts, teams can now edit the contact email for the customer to reply to.
- “All products” will now automatically show when creating BI reports.
- Save an existing client without their phone or email entered.
- Show Products on Invoice and Booking tables in GP and TH on desktop and Bookings on mobile version.
- Add All contract dates filter to TH > grain tab > contracts.
- Merchant only: Update Grain Scale Tickets sync to load new data every 15 minutes
- Don’t update partner user's info (name, email, phone) based on associated client
