Your customers now have the option to select paperless statement delivery.
Customers will need to navigate to: Account > Change Statement Delivery > Select “Digital Statement Only” in order to enable paperless statements. Learn more about this new capability.
- Tip for success: Ensure back-end processes are in place to support digital statements on behalf of your customers.

BI Enhancements
- Build goals based on how your team operates - partners can now use customer-specific filters when creating goals. Customer-specific filters include:

- We’ve got two new BI Reports that help teams measure usage of in-portal communication tools. The “Sent Text Message” and “Sent Inbox Message” BI reports display both unique and total sends

Budget Billing Improvements
- Customers have better insight into their budget billing info - we’re now displaying paid (in addition to unpaid) budget billing invoices (Agvance)
- Setup recurring budget billing payments (Agvance, AgVantage)
- Agvance Note: These payments will post to the relevant budget invoice in Agvance. Any additional funds above the budget invoice balance will go to unapplied cash.
