Updates to customer notification preferences

Customer notification settings are now visible (and editable) from the Clients profile page in Sales Hub. Additionally, your team will get a warning message when they try to share a contract with a customer who does not have notifications enabled for contracts to sign.

Simply spin up direct mailer lists 

The primary account billing address will now be included in marketing contact list exports, making it easy to access and use that info when sending a mailer or other activities.

Easily segment internal users in Sales Hub 

New filter options across several pages in Sales Hub will make it easy to view business unit-specific teams. Instead of having to click to select multiple users when viewing team performance, all a manager has to do is select the business unit to drill into those details (you may need to uncheck "Select All" to use these filters).

Other details

ERP: General Admin / General Agronomy Grain Energy

Customers now have additional visibility into booking info. 

Product names are now visible right from the Customer Portal > Bookings page, making it easier for customers to get an at-a-glance view of what products they’ve booked (without having to click into the booking for further details).

Updates to salesperson texts from the Sales Hub (CRM):
  1. Replies to salesperson texts will be marked as “read” after they were in the salesperson’s field of view (i.e. clicked on the text message field, or viewed from Client Summary page)
  1. Limiting the number of characters in a text to 600 (users will be able to see how many characters remain as they’re composing)

Going forward, customers of AgVantage Energy partners can use invoice credit as a payment method within the Customer Portal.
