Your customers can request deliveries for all Tank types through the Platform.

Enhancements to energy integrations with AgVantage now allow customers to request deliveries for all Tank types directly through the Platfor. The Tank Details section now displays real-time data from AgVantage, including the Delivery Method. Previously, only Will Call or Auto Delivery were available Delivery Method options.
Your customers can request deliveries by navigating to each specific tank and selecting “Request Delivery”. To provide additional help to your customers in requesting deliveries, please view the steps below:
- Navigate to the Customer Portal home page and click on the Energy tile.
- Locate and click on the Tanks sub tab.
- From the list of available tanks, select the specific tank your customer would like to request a delivery for.
- In the upper right corner, click on the Request Delivery button.
- Fill in the required information, and submit the delivery request.
The notification for the delivery request will be routed to the email address(s) listed in the Energy Tank Delivery Notifications field for each location. This can be found at Admin > Locations page. Emails may be added or removed from this section by any Admin at your organization.
If no email address(s) is specified for each individual location, the notification will be sent to the email address(s) listed in the Energy Tank Delivery Notifications section of the Backup Notifications page. This page is located at Admin > Backup Notifications.
- Note: If a customer is assigned to all locations, the delivery request notification will be routed to the first location by alphabetical order.
