Additionally, partners now have dedicated phone numbers with local area codes; one for marketing use, one for sales use (these numbers are specific to YOUR organization!).

We’ve added a new “Available Prepay” advanced filter to our Marketing and CRM capabilities. This filter allows partners to drill in to view customers who have a specified amount of prepay funds available for use.
- Use case → Use this filter to dig into which customers bought herbicide last year, didn’t buy this year, and still have prepay left to use.

More goal-creating capabilities for your team.

Partners now have the ability to create quantity-specific goals by category, manufacturer, and department. This is great for instances where partners want to create Sales Team goals that are either seed-based, energy-based, or fertilizer based (as these units are typically consistent across most products).
- Callout: Products must have the same unit of measure, we can’t roll up the quantity across multiple units of measure.

Partners are now able to reflect order attribution to whomever the currently assigned salesperson is in the AgVend platform (not the person who actually made the sale, is listed on the invoice, or named as the assigned seller in the partner’s ERP). |

It’s easier to make sure the right employees can access your Internal Resources folder Partners who are using the Internal Resources folder in Inbox can now set that resource folder up so that it’s available for all present and future employees. To retroactively update or modify existing content, going to Manage Resources > click the 3 vertical dots > Edit Folder > click (or uncheck / recheck) “Select All” provides access for all future employees going forward. |
