We are providing a much better way for you to stay up-to-date on your requests (tickets).
You now have the ability to:
- View all of your Partner Enablement requests, and requests from your organization in one place
- Easily review when requests were submitted and last updated
- Quickly filter requests by status:
- Open - requests that are still being driven toward a resolution
- Awaiting Your Reply - requests that require your response to drive toward a resolution
- Solved - requests that have been resolved

Once you are set up, you’ll receive an email that looks like this prompting you to create a password:
Once you create a password, you may be prompted to log in or taken directly to the Partner Resource Center.
Click on your name in the upper right corner to access the Requests page:
From the Requests page, you will see three tabs that help bucket tickets:
My Requests
These are all requests that you have submitted or were submitted on your behalf.
Requests I am CC’d on
These will show you any requests that you are CC’d on. These may have been submitted by others in your organization who wanted to keep you in the loop.
Organization Requests
This tab will show you all of the requests that have been submitted by anyone at your organization. This tab has a separate permission level that we can enable for you with your Digital Lead’s or Partnership Manager’s OK.
Within these tabs you will see the list of requests, subject lint, ID, created, and last request activity. You can also leverage the smart search bar, or the status filter to find the ticket or tickets you are looking for:
