As part of the Marketing package, Users can design marketing banners to utilize during marketing campaigns.
Primary Audience: Marketing Leads, Admins
Marketing banners allow Users to create a more customized experience for customers. Banner images will be displayed at the top of the Customer Portal homepage as an additional touchpoint in conjunction with campaigns.
The banner builder offers the ability to update the background image, create a headline, and add a sub–header within the homepage section of the Customer Portal. To access the builder, navigate to the Marketing tab of the Team Hub and then click on the “Banners” button located on the horizontal sub tab. Banners can be customized based on existing Client lists, customer location, business units, or Tags.
- Note: Clients included in multiple client lists will see a randomized banner per session, if multiple banners are active.
