Update Salesperson notifications to use User Business Units

We're helping your sales team cut through the clutter of irrelevant notifications. Instead of receiving every notification from an account, you can now specify which notifications different sellers get depending on their Portal activity.

Tired of running around tracking down payments? Admins are now able to pay invoices, statements, and add pre-pay funds to bookings on behalf of customers via the Sales Hub.

Send “Sign a contract” text message to Grower if there is no email on their account

Get your contracts signed more quickly. For customers who either don't have email addresses or who haven't accessed their portal yet, you can now request contract signatures via text message.

Update Available contacts in Grower Portal > Inbox

Have more control over which contacts your customers see when sending a message via Inbox. For customers who don't have an assigned sales person, you're now able to specify default inbox contacts (as opposed to having contacts from all locations available to choose from).

Add “Contact Phone Number” field to Partner Users and show it in emails and portal

For sales team members who don't want their personal contact info available for customer use, we've added the ability to specify a general contact phone number.

Implement contract signature audit log and attach it to Contract PDFs

Now you're able to view the details of when a contract was viewed, signed, etc. This log of events for contracts / anything requiring a signature will include date stamp, IP address, user email and contact info.

Add tooltip to show team members on notes

In Sales Hub notes, sometimes several sales people will add to a note, but we historically didn’t surface their individual names. We're going to add a tooltip indicating which team members have added to the note, for better identification and follow-up.

Growers Edge - enable customers to check application status and apply for new loans

With the current Growers Edge integration, customers are navigated out of their Grower Portal when they apply for a loan. This update will keep them more within their Grower Portal - they'll still need to apply for a loan outside of the portal, but they'll be able to check the status via Grower Portal.

Add "Not Shared with Client" label to Orders in Sales Hub

This is a new label in the Sales Hub to identify orders that haven't been shared with customers. Can be used when a Partner doesn't want the customer to physically see the price. For example - a blend ticket that's going out right away where the product has already been booked, you might not want to share the order (since it's already been paid for).

Canadian Partners using Zum Rails for payment processing can now work with more customers to make those bank account connections.
