Key Items:
More configuration options when quoting your customers
-
Historically, when a customer is sent a quote, the typical workflow is for them to turn that quote into an order (which they can choose to pay at that time if needed). Going forward, we’re adding a configuration option whereby quotes can first be accepted by customers, and sent back to the sales rep for confirmation and order approval.
-
What’s in it for me?
-
This gives the sales person the opportunity to double check that the quoted quantities are right before pushing to ERP.
-
This also streamlines the energy contract workflow. When a quoted price is accepted by an energy customer, the sales person will receive notification of that acceptance, and can easily ensure the subsequent energy contract is created and sent out for completion (and the customer has awareness that there’s still an additional step needed before they can receive their energy order).

Be sure to reach out to your Partnership Manager to turn this on.
More personalization options for your internal and other marketing sends → [Marketing business unit]
-
While we historically only had grower name as a variable to plug in when sending marketing communications, we've added more variables so we can do more personalization when it comes to email and in-app sends. New variables include:
-
Name of salesperson - {salesperson}
-
Portal name - {platform_name}
-
Company name - {company_name}
-
Increase Inbox upload file size to 250mb
-
Previously, we had a limit of 30mb on file uploads. We’re going to increase the upload file size (to 250mb) to better support partners who leverage Inbox to digitally share larger files, like a seasonal grower book, harvest maps, yield data, longer video, and other reports.
-
Larger files may take some time to upload initially, but will be easily accessible post upload.

-
Get the multi-account support you need from our Finix integration
-
Some of our partners have multiple companies (for financial / tax reasons) under a single brand, and subsequently need to be able to work with multiple Finix accounts when it comes to processing payments. Our Portal will now allow for multiple Finix accounts for a single Partner.
-
Work with your Partnership Manager to configure.

-
Micro-deposit support for Zum
-
For our Canadian partners who use Zum for payment processing, life has gotten a little easier. Zum historically wasn’t able to check bank account numbers for accuracy prior to processing a payment, resulting in the potential for (avoidable) declined transactions.
-
Going forward, we’ve added micro deposit verification, confirming the bank account info is correct before processing. (Expect micro deposits to hit customers’ bank accounts within 1 business day).
-
-
Energy sales reps will now receive quote notifications → [Energy business unit]
-
Now your energy sales reps will know when a customer requests a quote on an energy product! Previously we were sending quote notifications only to agronomy sellers. Going forward we'll send (energy) quote notifications to energy sellers as well (when a customer requests a quote).
-
-
Partners can now remove / hide the Watchlist feature from their Customer Portal / Sales Hub if they don’t need it
-
We’re adding a configuration option for partners who want to turn off the Watchlist feature. For partners who don't post prices and who don't want this to cause confusion, we're going to allow Watchlist to be removed from their grower portal.
-
-
Downloaded invoices now display by invoice date
-
When downloading invoices via the Invoices page, they were being sorted by Invoice number. Going forward, downloaded invoices will come across the same as what is within the portal, which is by Invoice date.
-
-
Show “Not Sent” status on Marketing communications if email had 0 recipients at the time of sending → [Marketing business unit]
-
An error will now throw if you try to send an email with an empty contact list (applies to Emails, SMS, and Mobile Notifications).
-
-
Exclude WorkOrders with “Quote” type from bookings → [Tronia]
-
Overview: For Tronia partners, we're updating some logic to exclude work orders with the "Quote'' type from showing in Bookings.
-
-
Exclude Items with no ProductID from Energy Deliveries and Energy Contracts → [AgVantage - Energy business unit]
-
In the past, random things like location have pulled into energy deliveries and energy contracts for our partners on AgVantage. Going forward, whenever an item with no / invalid ProductID, we'll pull these in as a comment on the contract or delivery.
-
-
Update verification codes phone number to Twilio
-
We want to use 1 number for phone number verification going forward (+1-888-988-7734). We intend to switch our texting capabilities to Twilio in the future anyway, this is the first step towards that goal.
-
-
Review incorrect phone number handling for marketing text message sends
-
Sometimes our system will encounter issues when sending mass text messages that are caused by incorrect phone numbers. We're adjusting the logic to ensure those incorrect numbers are now skipped, as opposed to causing delays in sending.
