Key item:
Send marketing texts and app notifications from your mobile device
-
Partners can now create new text messages and app notifications on the go via the Marketing > Communications tab in the mobile app.
-
Requirements: Available for Admins only, turned on by default for any partner with the Marketing package enabled.
Other details:
-
More flexibility when visualizing data
-
When users need to export a report or visualize data for just a single, specific day, they’ll now be able to select a 1-day date range and export or visualize that data (for example: 12/13/2022-12/13/2022).
-
-
More accurate unit price values for energy
-
For partners with the Energy package enabled, we're now displaying product unit prices with 4 decimal accuracy. (This is already in place for energy invoices.)
-
This will display within:
-
Energy Deliveries (Unit Price)
-
Energy History (Avg Price / gal)
-
Energy Contracts (Unit Price)
-
-
Requirements: Turned on by default for partners with the Energy business unit enabled [Agvance, AgVantage].
-
-
More visibility into quote information
-
We’ve added a “Salesperson” column to the quotes page in the Sales Hub. This will help partners who need to easily see which Salesperson created a quote.
-
-
We’ve streamlined the Energy History tab
-
We're making some changes to the Energy History tab so that it's less cluttered:
-
Excluding items that aren’t associated with the energy department
-
Excluding items with "$0.00" for total spend
Requirements: Turned on automatically for partners with the Energy business unit enabled [Agvance, AgVantage].
-
-
-
No more limits when assigning customers to your retail locations
-
On the client profile tab within the Sales Hub, partners can select which locations a customer is associated with. Historically, customers have only been able to be associated with five locations, but going forward, partners can select as many locations as needed.
-
-
More intuitive notifications for budget billing payments
-
We're updating who receives notifications about budget billing payments based on their location's email settings. Historically, budget billing payment notifications went to users who are setup to receive booking notifications. Going forward, budget billing payment notifications will go to users who are setup to receive invoice payment notifications.
-
Partners may need to adjust which email addresses are associated with invoice payment notifications in the Admin > Locations > Invoice payment notification section (to ensure the right person is setup to receive these notifications).
-
Requirements: Partners with the Energy business unit and budget billing enabled [AgVance, AgVantage].
-
-
Other technical enhancements
-
Updated view of notes and notes export file
-
We’re cleaning up the way an exported notes file looks (no change in information on the file itself).
-
Requirement: partners with CRM enabled.
-
-
Visual updates to agronomy contracts
-
We’ll now display the signature and date lines on Agronomy contracts when they are downloaded or printed (these will now display the same way as energy contracts).
-
Requirement: Agronomy business unit is enabled.
-
-
Easier setup for Barchart users
-
We’ve updated the configuration setting for Barchart so our Digital Services team can implement this integration going forward (and won’t need to rely on development work).
-
Requirement: Partners with Barchart integration enabled.
-
-
New actions for internal teams to improve their workflows
-
Upgraded our mobile app libraries to the latest versions as well as our implementation of mobile push notifications
-
Note: This won’t be a forced upgrade for end users.
