Easier reconciliation of payments and associated fees
For partners using Finix for payment processing, it's now more convenient to view payouts and monthly fee charges. We've added 3 subpages to the Admin > Payment page (Payment, Payouts, Processing Fees), that allow partners to see exactly which online payments were included in payouts and which online payments were included in fees.
The Payouts tab will show settlements (with link to relevant payments), date, amount, paid records. The Processing Fees tab will show settlement (with link to relevant payments), date, amount, number of paid records.

Quicker access to budget billing information for customers → Energy business unit
We’re adding a Budget Billing tile to the Homepage and menus, so it’s easier for your customers to find their budget billing information.

Super Admins can now update contact info for activated customers
Previously, contact info on the Clients tab was locked once customers were activated in the portal. Going forward, that contact info can be edited by Super Admins.

Post payments to accounts receivable → Tronia partners
No more manual work needed to record online payments, partners using Tronia as their ERP can now work with their Partnership Manager to enable a configuration setting that allows online payments to post to accounts receivable.

Easily add contact info for energy customers → Agvance partners, Energy business unit
When entering contracts, quotes and orders for energy customers, you’re now able to add contact info directly in the workflow you’re working in. No need to navigate over to the Clients tab to enter contact info.

Send marketing emails from more than one email address → Marketing package
Additional email addresses can now be configured to display as options to select in the “From” field within the Marketing tab. Want to set additional email addresses up? Reach out to your Partnership Manager for next steps.

Specify whether or not you’re collecting convenience fees when debit cards are used as payment → Payment processor package
We’ve added a new configuration that will allow you to specify whether or not to collect a convenience fee when processing a debit card as a payment type. If needed, reach out to your Partnership Manager to set this up.

Improvements to the white-labeled, in-portal digital finance experience - we’ve made several adjustments that make this experience even more useful and intuitive for customers:

A more seamless experience for customers with JDF financing → Finance package
For partners with an existing integration with John Deere Financial, if a customer doesn’t yet have a loan with JDF, then we will show the “Apply Now” button on the Customer Portal > Balances page. If the customer already has a loan with JDF, we’ll show the phone number to call on the Customer Portal > Balances page.

More connected, actionable customer notifications
Customers can now click through to the relevant portal page from the notification page.

Better insight into location-specific reports → BI package, Grain business unit
We’ve added a couple of location-specific reports to the BI page - delivered bushels and contracted bushels by location.

Automatically pull available customer contact info into energy delivery and service requests → Agvance and AgVantage partners, Energy business unit
When delivery requests are received from energy customers, partners typically have to reach out to the customer in order to schedule fuel delivery. Going forward, we’re going to automatically pull in and display customer contact on energy requests, so it’s quicker for partners to get a hold of and confirm the delivery request.

Continuing work on Outlook emails → Partners with the Marketing package
We’re continuing our work behind the scenes to help our Outlook users have a better experience when receiving emails via Outlook.

Fulfillment regions
We’re adding a configuration that’ll allow partners to turn off fulfillment regions (fulfillment regions are legacy functionality). If needed, reach out to your Partnership Manager to configure.

We’re updating the “Client” column label on the Energy Contracts page to “Account”.

More visibility into order type → Agvance partners
We’re adding a filter for order type to the Sales Hub > Orders screen, allowing partners to drill down to delivery tickets, or blend tickets, or bookings.

More visibility into orders by contract type
Partners will now be able to dig into orders by contract type from the Sales Hub > Orders page. Being able to see the different mix of contracts will help with follow-up on certain financing programs and their expiration dates, etc.

Better visibility into who entered Quotes and Orders → Agronomy business unit
We’re adding the ability to filter by Salesperson on the Quotes and Orders page, allowing partners to filter down to who entered the respective quote or order.

Adding reference number to Orders export report → Agvance partners
Being able to see the reference number on the orders export report will make it easier for partners to cross reference. This is available in the order summary today, now will be available in export as well.

More clear Quote status → Agronomy, Energy business unit

Today, when quote approvals are disabled, quotes that have been submitted display as “Approved”. Going forward, they’ll display as “Sent” to avoid confusion.

When a quote is loaded into an order, and the agronomist makes an edit to the quantity or adds or removes a product and the order is placed, we’re updating the Quote status to say "ordered". Any order that comes from a quote (even if it’s not the full quote) will display as “ordered”.

Better experience for grain contracts with delivery sheets → Grain business unit
When a delivery sheet is included on contracts, the signature page historically was bumped to page 2. Going forward, the delivery sheet will display below the signature.

Check for voided invoices more frequently → Agvance partners
Previously, we checked for Agvance voided invoices once a day. As a result, we encountered cases where growers try to pay voided invoices online. We’re updating to an hourly Agvance invoice sync to check for voided invoices.

Better visibility into whether payments have been processed → eCommerce package
We’re adding a “payment processed” banner to partner order confirmation emails.

Automatically archive Inbox messages from the previous crop year
Going forward, we’ll automatically hide Inbox messages within a folder for the previous crop year with the label "[Year] Season".

Add Canadian units of measure to Quote Requests, Services, and Watch list → Canadian partners

Display available dollar mount on partially-paid Agvance bookings → Agvance partners, Agronomy business unit
We’ve updated the logic to show the amount paid and available if amount paid > 0.
