Overview of 2-Way Messaging:

In the Team Hub, navigate to the “Inbox” tab.

To send a message, select either “Send Internal Message” or “Send Client Message”, then choose who to send the message to and add desired files/attachments.

To view sent or received messages, choose the appropriate tab between those two options, and click into the message to see attached documents or files.

Ability to customize Folders

Ability to add Internal Resources
These additions provide a practical way to share documents and other files efficiently from your phone or desktop. Internal Users with the Admin or Super Admin status have the ability to add resources or folders to the Team Hub Inbox for other Internal Users to access. These items can be added from the “Manage Resources” tab within Inbox.
As the folder is being created, Admins will have the ability to designate the folder name and visibility. Visibility will limit access to specific internal users, which can be used to share documents by location or permission levels.

Use-Case Example: Filtering Clients to get a list of those who performed a specific task in the Platform, in order to efficiently send a message to only those individuals.
