This outlines how to help your customers if they need to reset their password for the Customer Portal.
Primary Audience: Partner Customers
Customers have the ability to initiate the password reset process from within the Customer Portal.
To reset your account password, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Account page in the Customer Portal
- At the bottom of the page, click the "Reset My Password" button
- Follow the link in the Password Reset email that is sent to the email address associated with your account
- Enter the new password, and confirm password
- Save
