Customers can quickly sign agronomy contracts from anywhere.
Primary Audience: Partner Customers
Customers can conveniently eSign agronomy contracts on their mobile devices or desktops. Once an agronomy contract is created and available for signature, the customer receives a notification. By following the notification link, they can review the contract and click ‘Review & Sign’ to complete the process. Customers can also view their contracts available for signature in the Orders page of the platform.
When a fertilizer order requires a contract, the customer will receive a notification that their signature is required. And then once a customer signs an agronomy contract, your internal team will receive an email notification.
To eSign Grain Contracts, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Orders page of the Customer Portal
- Open the Order designated as requiring customer signature
- Review the contract terms
- Enter your name and select "I Agree" to complete the eSign process
