All users with Admin permissions can initiate the password reset process for internal users of the platform. Once triggered, the internal user will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
To initiate a password reset, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Admin > Users page of the Team Hub
- Click on the specific internal user
- Go to their User Information page
- Click on "Send Password Reset Link", located just below the Email field
- The user will then receive the email notification and can follow the prompts to set a new password.
